I have tried repeatedly to return this product, with no response after emailing your customer service, and talking directly with your phone customer service reps. Nobody will authorize a return, even though it’s within 30 days, and unused and in the original boxes. HB 1031.

Sturdy step stool

Sturdy, stable and compact

This is just what I needed to reach the top cabinets in my kitchen. It's very sturdy, and when the legs are folded out at their natural angle, it's very stable too - no wobbling at all. When folded, it's only about two inches thick and fits nicely in a narrow space next to my cabinets. For people with osteoporosis, it's easy to break a foot bone just by standing on tip-toes to reach something -- standing flat footed is much safer and less painful for them.
