WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We primarily use FedEx and UPS for standard parcel shipments. For oversized items, delivery is handled by a freight trucking company based on your location.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 3-6 business days for parcel shipments. Freight deliveries may take 7-11 business days, depending on your location.
If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you with an updated delivery timeframe.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped:
- For parcel shipments, tracking will be provided through FedEx or UPS.
- For freight shipments, tracking depends on the trucking company and may vary.
WHAT IF I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
It’s common for orders containing multiple items, especially oversized products or accessories, to be shipped in separate boxes. These boxes may arrive on different days. Please allow up to 3 business days between deliveries.
